3. Orders and contract formation

  • Product listings on the site are an invitation to treat. An order placed by you is an offer.

  • A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, product unavailable or suspected fraud). If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices shown on the site are those displayed at the time you place your order. Any taxes, duties, or additional fees that apply will be shown at checkout where required.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods presented at checkout. Aidify.store does not publish payment providers here; the checkout page shows accepted methods.

  • If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we may contact you to offer the option to reconfirm or cancel the order and obtain a refund of any amount paid.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • Shipping time across all products: 5–12 business days from shipment.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Orders that fail due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are non-refundable.

  • Carriers may apply additional shipping charges for large or high-volume items.

  • Tracking: We will provide tracking details by email after shipment. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support at the email above.

6. Returns, refunds and damaged/missing items

  • Product returns: Product returns are not accepted for items that are not damaged or missing.

  • Incorrect address / incorrect name: Orders that fail due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are non-refundable.

  • Large / high-volume items: Carriers may apply additional shipping charges for large or high-volume items.

  • Damaged or missing items: Please contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery so we can assist you at edwardlynch2011@gmail.com.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and you contact support within the 7 business day window with photos and your order number, we will review the claim and respond with the available remedy (replacement or refund) in line with our returns handling process.

  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

7. Cancellations
