Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment clears. During peak periods (holidays, sales) processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping & delivery times

Standard delivery: 5–12 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Total time to receive = processing time + shipping time. For example, if your order is processed in 1 business day and ships the next day, expect delivery in roughly 6–13 business days from purchase.
Shipping costs
All Shipping is completely FREE!
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information (when tracking is available). If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact support and we’ll investigate.
Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Delays: Occasionally shipments are delayed by carrier issues, customs, or extreme weather. If an order is delayed beyond the stated delivery window, contact us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.

Lost packages: If your order does not arrive within 30 calendar days of shipment, notify us so we can start a claims process.

Damaged or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our returns policy.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy. For returns related to shipping errors or damaged items, we will cover return shipping where applicable. For general returns, standard return shipping rules apply.

Shipping times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and contact details are correct; packages delivered to the address provided are considered delivered.
